Pegasus Trivento Archery: Termoli Indoor Regionals Success

TERMOLI. The Regional Indoor Archery Championships were held yesterday, January 11th, in Termoli. The event took place in an indoor sports facility characterized by particularly cold temperatures, a factor that influenced the performance of the archers, making the competition even more complex from both a physical and mental point of view.

The Asd Polisportiva Pegasus of Triventoa company active since 1985 and a point of reference for archery in the area, has once again confirmed its sporting tradition, standing out for its continuity of results at a regional and national level. Despite the adverse conditions, the group led by coach Pierluigi Fierro managed to obtain very important placings.

  • Argento arco compound: Domenico Del Castello
  • Silver Olympic arch: Deborah Griguoli
  • Bronze bare bow: Peppino De Innocentis, making his debut in an official race

At the end of the competition, Fierro underlined: «There were only a few of us competing and in a complicated context, but the team was able to react with determination, winning numerous medals. It was a difficult test, overcome thanks to team spirit.”
