CALGARY – Czech hockey player Adam Klapka did not finish the NHL match in which Calgary lost to Washington 1:3 after a curious scene.

Klapka received a personal penalty in the 52nd minute with the score 1:2 and headed to the cabin after an unusual scene. Washington forward Tom Wilson finished the fight in front of the Calgary substitute, from which the sitting Klapka lightly tapped him twice on the back with a hockey stick.

The well-known provocateur Wilson chased after Klapek with his glove and then complained about the behavior of the Czech player to the referee. Even Wilson himself did not finish the game, as he received a personal penalty a few innings later.

Fehérváry was the most productive player in Washington’s meeting with Calgary, as he was the only one to score two points. It was his third two-point game in January and fourth overall of the season. After 52 played duels, he has a balance of 3 goals, 16 assists and 15 plus points. He played almost 19 minutes in the match, during which he also presented himself with two shots, one point and one recovered puck.

His compatriot from the Calgary team, Martin Pospíšil, did not score even in his second start this season. He played over 13 minutes, during which he shot four times and gave away three hits. The Capitals snapped a four-game losing streak to extend the Flames’ losing streak to three games.
