Former NFL star Matt Khalil is suing his estranged ex-wife Harley for invasion of privacy. Halle is seeking $75,000 in damages, claiming Khalil gained commercial advantage by revealing personal details about her ex-husband on her podcast in 2025. Khalil also accused his ex-wife of sending humiliating messages to his current wife on social media.

Former NFL star Matt Khalil, 36, sued his estranged ex-wife Harley, 33, for invasion of privacy. Khalil married Harley in 2015 and divorced in 2022 after seven years of marriage.
The problem is, Harley explained on her podcast in 2025, “A lot of people have fantasies about being NFL players. My ex-husband’s stuff was the size of two Coke cans. Maybe three.”
Khalil claimed $75,000 (approximately 110 million won) in damages from Harley, claiming that she gained commercial advantage by disclosing extremely personal information to the public. Harley was also accused of sending humiliating messages to Khalil’s current wife through social media.
Harley, who was cornered, complained, “I had no intention of causing a legal dispute. It is very difficult for my family to suffer as well.” However, Khalil reportedly has no intention of withdrawing the complaint.
Khalil is a defensive tackle who was selected 4th overall by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2012 NFL Draft. During his active years, he boasted a large body with a height of 198 cm and a weight of 142 kg. After retirement, he founded a tequila company with his brother Ryan Carlil.
