Former National Football League (NFL) player Matt Khalil has filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit against his estranged ex-spouse.
According to foreign media such as Britain’s The Sun on the 7th (local time), Matt Khalil (36) filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Hayley Bailey (33) on charges of invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment.
Khalil and Bailey married in 2015 and lived as a couple for 7 years before completing divorce proceedings in 2022. However, in the podcast that Bailey hosts in 2025, Publicly referring to ex-husband’s body parts, comparing them to coke cansOne thing became a problem.
“A lot of people have fantasies about NFL players,” Bailey said on the podcast. “My ex-husband’s stuff was the size of two Coke cans. Maybe three.”

Khalil’s side took legal action, claiming that Bailey gained financial benefit by disclosing extremely personal information. Additionally, Bailey was charged with sending humiliating messages to Khalil’s current wife through social media.
In response to this, Bailey complained, “I had no intention of causing a legal dispute. It is very difficult for my family to suffer,” but Khalil reportedly has no intention of withdrawing the complaint.
Khalil is a defensive tackle who was selected 4th overall by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2012 NFL Draft.
