RADARCIREBON.TV – Transfer market activity in the middle of the 2025/2026 Super League season is starting to show different dynamics between the top clubs. Persija Jakarta emerged as the team busiest releasing players, while Persebaya Surabaya immediately moved quickly by bringing in two foreign legions from Brazil. On the other hand, Persib Bandung chose to act calmer and did not carry out any major maneuvers.
As of Wednesday (7/1/2026), Persija Jakarta had not yet brought in a single new player. However, the club nicknamed the Kemayoran Tigers is actually actively carrying out squad changes by releasing a number of players. A total of four players have been officially released by Persija in the transfer market this half of the season.
Interestingly, the four players released were the result of coaching from the Persija Jakarta academy. The first name released was Alwi Fadilah. The 21 year old player plays as a defender and has been part of the club’s long-term project.

Apart from Alwi, Persija also lent three young players on the same day, namely Alfriyanto Nico, Figo Dennis and Jehan Pahlevi. The three of them were loaned out to get more playing minutes. However, until now the destination clubs for the three trained players have not been officially announced.
In contrast to Persija, Persebaya Surabaya actually appeared aggressive in the transfer market. After appointing Bernardo Tavares as the new coach, Bajul Ijo management immediately moved quickly to strengthen the squad. Two players from Brazil were officially brought in to add to the team’s strength.
The first recruit is Bruno Paraiba, a 31 year old player who previously played for Cheonan City FC in South Korea’s K-League 2. Bruno is known as a striker who has quite sharp goal-scoring instincts. Apart from playing as a striker, he also has the ability to operate in midfield, so he is expected to provide variety in attacks for Persebaya.
The second player recruited was Jefferson Silva. The 29 year old left wing back has experience playing for a number of Brazilian clubs. Jefferson most recently defended Operario Ferroviario Esporte Clube, a team that competes in the Brazilian Serie B. It is hoped that his presence will be able to strengthen the left side of the defense as well as help attack through the wing sector.
