Joe Brady Named Bills Offensive Coordinator – RDS

After an extensive hiring process, the Buffalo Bills decided to dip their toes for the team’s head coaching position. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady has been promoted to take charge of the team according to reports from several members of the media.

Brady, 36, has been with the team since Ken Dorsey was fired mid-2023 season.

A native of Pembroke Pines, Fla., Brady served as offensive coordinator with the Carolina Panthers in 2020 and 2021 after winning the national championship in 2019 at LSU with quarterback Joe Burrow as pass game coordinator under Ed Orgeron.

Brady takes over for McDermott, who was fired after nine seasons earlier this month following a loss to the Denver Broncos in the second round of the NFL playoffs.
