Generally

Jeffrey Seitz, previously the coach of our U19s, is now taking over the men’s team. Tennis Borussia strives for long-term cooperation.

Jeffrey, who played at Tennis Borussia in his youth and then at Tottenham Hotspur, is known for his meticulous and consistent way of working. Under his leadership, SC Staaken achieved promotion to the Oberliga as Berlin champions in 2017, where the Spandau performed excellently for years and sensationally became runner-up in 2021.

Jeffrey had a difficult task to solve for us at the beginning of the season. Our U19s had to cope with a complete upheaval, but quickly presented themselves as a team unit. Jeffrey’s ability to quickly bring teams together and convey a clear game idea is now also in demand among our men.

Jeffrey himself is optimistic about the future: “It’s my way of approaching things in a positive way. I want to get to know everyone quickly on a personal and footballing level as soon as the conditions allow it. I’m really looking forward to the challenge!”
