It wasn’t just Kane who once again presented himself in impressive form at the gala against Wolfsburg. His teammates Michael Olise and Luis Diaz were also involved in many of the eight goals. Player of the game was Olise, who scored two goals and prepared one. Diaz also collected three scorer points (1 goal, 2 assists).
However, youngster Lennart Karl, who was once again in the starting line-up, came away empty-handed. The 17-year-old, who recently caused a stir with statements about his “dream club” Real Madrid, remained pale against the Wolves and was substituted after just 57 minutes.
