Free Table Tennis Lessons Near You

On Mondays from 15:00 at the Ventspils Youth House, everyone is invited to learn table tennis for free. The lessons are taught by a foreign volunteer, Furkan from Turkey.

Table tennis skills can be learned at any time from 15:00 every Monday. Foreign volunteer Furkan will teach anyone interested how to hold the racket correctly, basic strokes and technique, as well as how to play with joy and without injuries.

Classes are informal and free, open to everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or a little seasoned!

Furkans works in Ventspils as part of the volunteer work project of the European Solidarity Corps. In total, five foreign volunteers from Spain, Ukraine and Turkey work in this project, who work in the Ventspils Youth House on a daily basis, organize the events of the Youth House, and also go to Ventspils schools, where they not only lead assembly activities for students, but also teach English lessons.
