Flamengo coach leaves ‘All Black’ style and invests in new look
Because of 2025, Flamengo fans have become accustomed to seeing Filipe Luís on the edge of the pitch dressed all in black. However, the coach decided to innovate, this Wednesday (21), against Vasco by wearing more neutral and versatile colors.

So, the former player wears a brown one that curiously matches the colors of Mais Querido’s pre-game uniform. Another detail that draws attention is the jogger pants that, despite being beige, match the shirt.
Why did Filipe Luís only wear black?
The ‘All Black’ started to attract attention. Then, at a certain point in the season, they asked why. Thus, the coach replied that he always chose the same palette of tones so as not to have to worry about any other factor other than Mengão’s matches.
The coach’s ritual worked. After all, Rubro-Negro only failed to win the Brazilian Cup and the Club World Cup in 2025. Furthermore, the coach’s men dominated the South American scene.
