Profile of Mike McDaniel
Mike McDaniel led the Miami Dolphins between 2022 and 2025. Ele led the franchise to two consecutive playoff appearances in 2022 and 2023.
Before taking the lead role, McDaniel was the offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers in 2021. Ele began his NFL career as an intern at Denver Broncos in 2015.
McDaniel also worked as an offensive assistant with the same Atlanta Falcons. Sua’s move to the franchise came before the rise of San Francisco.
