Crespo on Team Improvement & Future Plans

Coach Hernán Crespo held a press conference after São Paulo’s 3-0 defeat to Mirassol, away from home, this Sunday (11), in the 1st round of Paulistão.

The Argentine stated that the team is looking for evolution and that everyone will strive to do the best for the club.

“We are working to improve. It’s a delicate moment, but we are working to evolve. We are here to try to do the best we can, and I believe we can do it. The problem is that we have a lot of games and we don’t have space to build, to breathe. We have to believe and be confident. It’s a sensitive moment, but there are a lot of people here to help”, he said.

Finally, Crespo looked at Tricolor’s next match, which will face São Bernardo, on Thursday (15), at 9:45 pm, at MorumBIS, in the second round of Paulistão.

“It’s about continuing to work. Now it’s about focusing on the next game, at MorumBIS, counting on the support of the fans. The idea is for us all to be together to do the best we can”, he concluded.
