Japan’s technology flow is at the top of Asia
The Japanese team’s playing style is advanced, their coordination is smooth, and their players’ individual skills are among the best in Asia. The japanese team is the team with the youngest average age in this tournament,only 20.1 years old. All members are players born in 2005, and there are as many as 8 college students in the team.
Midfielder Ryunosuke Sato scored 3 goals and was the best scorer in the team. Forward Hiroyuki Furuya and another midfielder Tomohiro Ozeki scored 2 goals each.
When talking about the final, Japanese team coach Oiwa Tsuyoshi said: “As this game (defeat against South Korea) showed, we have many choices in the final, and all players contributed to Japan’s advancement to the final.”
