Jiang Hongjun, deputy secretary of the general party branch, deputy general manager and chairman of the labor union of the industrial construction company, mentioned in his opening speech that party building is the “root” and “soul” of enterprise development. This competition includes men’s singles, women’s singles, doubles and other events. All participating employees sweated and worked hard on the field. There was both fierce competition and tacit cooperation. The contestants adhered to the corporate culture of “Being diligent and sincere, and you will win if you work hard”, and the first, second and third place in each event were determined through three rounds of preliminary, semi-final and final rounds. Everyone enhanced communication through the exchange of skills and strengthened trust through unity and collaboration, demonstrating a high-spirited spirit and team cohesion.
