This Tuesday, Karim Benzema spoke about the candidacy of his former president at Olympique Lyonnais for Lyon town hall.

“I think Jean-Michel Aulas has everything to succeed. Because he’s someone we listen to, he’s someone who knows where he’s going and has a lot of experience. He showed it in football where Lyon was at the bottom and he took it to the top.said the current Al Ittihad player in Saudi Arabia.

While he formalized his candidacy for mayor of Lyon on September 25, the former president of OL is leading the polls and could well be the successor to Grégory Doucet, the outgoing environmentalist mayor.
