Gündoğdu Community and Foundation; It is an educational institution that meets all kinds of education and service needs of young people between the ages of 0-18 in the Çukurova Region, and serves the Büyük Gündoğdu Family of 40 thousand people by representing both its own brands locally and national and international brands such as International Children’s University, Adana Gündoğdu College, Helen Doron, Gymboree, British Swim School, İbrahim Kutluay Basketball Academy.

A basketball coach is a professional person who works to improve athletes’ basketball skills and increase team performance. They can often operate at various levels, from youth leagues to professional teams.

General Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent education,
  • Coaching certificate or license,
  • Good communication and leadership skills,
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities,
  • In-depth knowledge of the rules and strategies of the basketball game,
  • Experience working with young athletes is preferred.

Job Description

  • Creating training programs to improve the physical and mental skills of athletes,
  • To encourage communication and cooperation within the team,
  • Evaluating the team’s performance and developing strategies by conducting match analysis,
  • To follow the development of young athletes and motivate them,
  • Taking measures to prevent injuries and maintain the physical condition of athletes.
