Badminton Youth Training Neustadt

Ranking system brings fresh impetus to youth training

On January 30th, 2026, a ranking system was introduced in the youth training of the badminton department of SV Blau Weiß Neustadt – and the start showed: the idea is a success! 🔥

The aim of the system is to additionally motivate our young people and give them the opportunity to compete with each other in a playful way. By challenging each other, the players can improve their place in the ranking. If you want to win, you have to show commitment, play tactically cleverly and work with concentration in training.

Exciting games were played in the first session with the new system. Every point was fought for, no ball was lost and the ambition was clearly noticeable. It was particularly nice to see how respectful and fair the young people treated each other despite the competition – that’s exactly how sport should be.

The coming weeks will show how the ranking develops and what training successes become visible. One thing is already clear:
The new system provides additional motivation, more playing practice and a lot of fun in badminton.

We are looking forward to many more exciting duels and are excited to see who will fight their way to the top in the long term! 🏸💪
