Badminton Club Wins First Tournament | Success Story

The Bacchus badminton club in Générac organized a large-scale tournament for the first time.

One hundred and eighty-six players, from Gard but also from Hérault, Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône, competed in 286 matches.

Players were delighted with the single pool format and particularly appreciated the very limited waiting time between each match.

The friendly atmosphere, the smiles, the well-kept welcome packages, the rewards for the winning finalists pleasantly surprised all the participants.

Even a raffle was offered.

This collective success was possible thanks to the exemplary solidarity, the fluid sharing of tasks between the members of the office and the valuable involvement of our volunteers. The Bacchus badminton club in Générac is very proud of this first edition and enthusiastic about the idea of repeating this great experience next year: “Congratulations to everyone for this commitment. Our first tournament was a real success, a success on all levels! The impeccable organization, the efficient management, the warm welcome and the refreshment bar were unanimously appreciated”, underline the organizers.

The members and players of the Générac club have perfectly combined sport and conviviality. A first tournament which left its mark.
