Anselmi Assistants: Botafogo Intensity & Work Ethic

Auxiliaries of Martin Anselmi, Luis Piedrahita e Pablo De Muner performed in a video released by Botafogo TV this Tuesday. The professionals talked about their trajectories and what they plan at the club.

– Hello, my name is Luis Piedrahita, I am Martín Anselmi’s technical assistant at Botafogo. I was born in Medellín, raised in Quito, Ecuador, and I have an international career, both in South America, in several countries, and in Europe. I worked with Martín at Independiente del Valle and at Inter, and then we continued a relationship, I followed him, and the path brought us back together at Botafogo. I am very happy and grateful to him for this new opportunity – said Luis Piedrahita.

– The beginning was very exciting. The truth is that we found ourselves with a very intense group, very hardworking, always asking for a little more, always wanting something more. What you can expect from us is intensity and a lot of work, as we represent you 100% – he added.

Pablo de Muner also gave his first words to the Botafogo fans.

– Hello, my name is Pablo De Muner, I have been in football for many years, I have had a career as a footballer for 18 years and, well, I have been a coach for eight years. In this case, I am working as Martín Anselmi’s technical assistant, but I have already had the opportunity to be a coach for other teams, I also have experience in several countries – he declared.

– Martín called me with this proposal, we had several conversations, several hours, to see if I was the right fit. In fact, that’s when he finally convinced me, and I managed to accompany him and be useful in all the search he has for the team – he added.
