POINTS: Cameron Hunt

While Luwawes, Just y Hezonja They fight for the absolute scoring title, other names have set the points limit so far in the Endesa League.

Cameron Hunt holds the record of the season with the 35 points which he scored in Burgos on Matchday 15. The Joventut Badalona guard had a brutal shooting record: 4/5 from two, 6/7 from triples and 9/9 from free throws.

On that same Day 15, Retin Obasohan He scored 32 points in the BAXI Manresa-Río Breogán. Five other players who reached 30 points complete the podium: Santi Yusta, Dylan Ennis, Michael Forrest, Markus Howard and James Batemon.

RATING: Trent Forrest

Trent Forrest The Endesa League set the limit very early: on Matchday 2, against Real Madrid. In that game he scored 19 free throws without failure. He finished with 26 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals and 43 rating. He is the only player who has surpassed 40 credits this season.

Edy Tavares y Ante Tomic They were close. The Madrid player scored a 39 rating against BAXI Manresa (Matchday 4) after adding 16 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks. The Croatian, for his part, also left at 39 in Burgos (J15), setting his new acb limit after more than 600 games and entering, that same day, on the historic podium of the Endesa League, above Granger Hall.

Ante Tomic He has also updated his best rebounding record in the competition at 38 years old. The Joventut Badalona center captured 15 rebounds in the aforementioned match against Recoletas Burgos (J15).

With 14 we find Edy Tavares (against BAXI Manresa) and…Wilhelm Falk!! The young Swede from UCAM Murcia achieved them in his team’s great victory against Valencia Basket (J11). Falk captured 9 rebounds on offense that day.

ASSISTANCES: Melwin Pantzar

Melvin Pantzar has the best mark of the season with the 14 assists which he distributed on Matchday 6 against Casademont Zaragoza. That day he destroyed Surne Bilbao’s acb record, which was at 11. The Swede added 12 points to round out a tremendous statistic.

With 13 we find Marcelinho Huertasthe king of double-doubles with points and assists. He distributed them against Hiopos Lleida (J15).

In another game, in Vitoria (J5), the Brazilian from La Laguna Tenerife also left at 12. A figure emulated by the point guard from Río Breogán Dewayne Russell against Recoletas Salud (J8), establishing the new acb record of the Galician club.

TRIPLES: Ennis y Van Beck

It may be the most demanding category in basketball today. Highlighting here implies a truly scandalous figure. The season cap is shared between Dylan Ennis y Wesley Van Beckcon 8 triples each.

The UCAM Murcia star achieved them, after 12 attempts (67% success), against Hiopos Lleida on Matchday 8. In that match the university club broke its record for triples (22) and was one away from the overall score.

The guard from La Laguna Tenerife, for his part, nailed them in Girona on Matchday 11, needing only 9 attempts (89% success!!). He equaled the acb record of the aurinegro club that they held Doornekamp, Richotti y Wiltjer.

+ POINTS IN A QUARTER

The two gunboats of the Kosner Baskonia have carried out the most shocking sudden explosions of the season. TLC y Howard They have the best points record in a single quarter: 17 points.

Luwawes multiplied in the last quarter of the duel against Valencia Basket on Matchday 9 with 17 points: 3/4 from two, 2/3 triples and 5/5 free throws.

Markus Howard He emulated his teammate two days later in Malaga, including an epic winning basket to silence Carpena: 17 points in the fourth quarter with a single shooting error (3/3 of two, 2/3 in triples and 5/5 free). Howard He only needed 5 minutes and 45 seconds to achieve his feat.

With 16 points in a single quarter we find Cameron Hunt, Shannon Evans y Michael Forrest.

+ VALUATION IN A ROOM

Demonstrations have not been lacking in this category either. Four players hold the top rating in a single quarter: 20 credits.

Perhaps the most striking case is that of Nico Laprovittolawho added 20 rating credits in the fourth period of the Classic on Matchday 14. The Argentine was decisive for Barça to end Real Madrid’s winning streak at home with 12 points and 5 assists in the last round.

Luwawes He also achieved them in the last quarter, against Valencia Basket, thanks to 17 points, 3 rebounds and only two shooting errors. Although an unlikely basket of Kam Taylor on the horn overshadowed his display.

Your companion Trent Forrest He went to 20 rating credits against Real Madrid in the second quarter of their duel of unleashed attacks on Matchday 2. The point guard finished that period with 13 points, 4 assists, 2 recoveries and 4 fouls received, missing only one shot.

On the same day that he set the season’s scoring record (35), the shooting guard was able to score 16 points without error (1/1 of two, 3/3 triples and 5/5 free) in the second round of the game, to finish with another PIR of 20.

We do not want to overlook other demonstrations that have been experienced in this first round. As the 8 plugs of Edy Tavares in Zaragoza, with whom he is gradually approaching the historic throne of Fran Vazquez.

Ethan Happ He is finding his place in Burgos and against Joventut he stole nothing less than!!!7 possessions!!

Trent Forrest set on 19 free throws scored (out of 19 attempted), a limit that is really difficult to overcome. Shermadini, Tomic y Michael Forrest they hold the baskets of two and 10. And a veteran like Kyle Kuric has the time played in a match: 35 minutes and 31 secondsin the famous two-overtime match between MoraBanc Andorra and Bàsquet Girona.
