Announcement of “2026 Museum Training”
At the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, we will conduct museum training to obtain curator qualifications as follows. Applications must be received by Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
1. Practical content
Assisting with various operations of the museum. Work related to projects held during summer vacation.
We plan to provide support for visitors, including elementary school students, mainly in the library, and to assist with events.
2. Training schedule, number of days, and working hours

In principle, 6 days (including 1 day of guidance *scheduled to be held on closed days (Mondays) in June)
Working hours
10:00-17:00 (including 1 hour break, until 18:00 on days when professional baseball is held at Tokyo Dome)
*Working hours may change depending on the schedule.
*The training schedule will be organized by our facility.
3. Recruitment method
If you are interested in training, please send your resume and report “Reason for wanting to train at our museum” (about 600 to 800 characters, in any format) to our museum. Accepted trainees will be selected based on their resumes and reports. (Capacity: around 10 people)

After notification of the selection results, formal acceptance will occur upon receipt of the request document from the university.
4. Regarding certification/grade evaluation
Our museum will certify the completion of the practical training, but will not evaluate the results.
5. Training fee
A training fee of 10,000 yen will be collected on the first day of training (guidance day).
6. About insurance
Please note that our museum is not responsible for any accidents that occur during training or commuting.
For accident insurance and liability insurance during training, the university or the trainee must purchase insurance in advance.
