Leader PSV has once again achieved a victory in the Eredivisie. On Saturday evening it was too strong for SC Heerenveen, as they won 0-2. The goals were scored by Joey Veerman and Ricardo Pepi. At sc Heerenveen, Amourricho van Axel Dongen came into action, but he could not turn the game around.

A mutual meeting between Heracles Almelo and Telstar was scheduled in Almelo. The match between the low-flyers ended in a 1-1 draw. It was Telstar that took the lead through Milan Zonneveld.
Telstar held on for a long time, but still had to concede a goal. Ivan Mesik made it 1-1 on behalf of Heracles Almelo in the absolute final phase. The two relegation candidates thus shared the points in Almelo.
