The Frankfurt Skyliners suffered a clear home defeat in the penultimate game of the year. Head coach Klaus Perwas’s team lost 69:97 to FC Bayern Munich in their own stadium on Boxing Day. The Hessian basketball Bundesliga team was inferior to the league leaders and champions in all respects.

The best Frankfurt player was Isaiah Swope, who fought back against bankruptcy with all his might and collected a total of 18 points. But he couldn’t do anything against the Bavarian basketball dominance. The Skyliners will meet Heidelberg on December 30th.
