Sanita Buliņa closed all targets in prone shooting, but made one mistake in standing shooting and lost 37.8 seconds to the winner at the finish.
Annija Sabule also made a mistake only once in standing shooting and lost two minutes and 1.5 seconds, taking 50th place, but Sandra Buliņa did not shoot a single target in the first firing line and made three more mistakes in the second firing line, losing three minutes and 29.1 seconds and ranking 88th in the competition of 120 athletes.
Men will also compete in the ten kilometer sprint on Saturday, while the pursuit is scheduled for Sunday.
