Resona & SPOTV: B.LEAGUE 2025-26 Broadcast Partnership

The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shinji Shimada; hereafter referred to as “B.LEAGUE”) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with South Korea’s SPOTV to begin broadcasting 150 games of the Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 season in 14 countries and regions, including South Korea and Southeast Asia.

B.LEAGUE is actively promoting overseas business development with a focus on the Asian region, and as part of this effort, we are working to expand opportunities for broadcasting and distributing matches overseas. In recent years, star players who lead the Korean national team have started playing in B.LEAGUE, and the attention and viewing demand for B.LEAGUE in Korea has increased dramatically. In response to increasing demand, B.LEAGUE has decided to partner with SPOTV, a major Korean sports media company.

This will enable us to deliver more matches to fans in South Korea. In addition, it has been decided that not only the regular season games centered on the Ibaraki Robots and Nagasaki Veruca, which have Korean national players, but also the “Resona Group B.LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME 2026” and “Resona Group B.LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP 2025-26” will be broadcast. By broadcasting and distributing matches overseas, we will continue to work towards broadcasting matches in more countries and regions, with the aim of increasing awareness of B.LEAGUE and acquiring new fans.
