OL have their first winter recruit.
This Monday, The Team announces that the Rhone club has reached an agreement with Real Madrid to obtain the long-awaited loan from Endrick. Lacking playing time in Spain, the Brazilian nugget will join Paulo Fonseca’s gang from 1is next January and has about six months to sharpen his claws.
Tracked since October by the Lyon leaders, who paid a million euros to cover half of his salary, Endrick is a major reinforcement for the Lyon attack, orphaned since this summer by Alexandre Lacazette and Georges Mikautadze. If he was used to playing almost everywhere in the Madrid attack, the 19-year-old striker should occupy the number 9 position welloccupied by just about everyone in Lyon.
Unsurprisingly, there is no purchase option for Endrick at OL, who is on dry loan. He should sign in the next 48 hours, and thus offer a great gift to Lyon supporters who will be entitled to a very interesting second part of the season with this new blood.
