Panthers vs. Mammoth: Balinska’s Team Wins

The “Panthers” won 4-3 (1-1, 2-2, 1-0), achieving their third consecutive victory.

Balinski played 13 minutes and 20 seconds, had three power plays, earned two penalty minutes for hitting an opponent with a stick, and finished the game with a neutral efficiency rating.

In the 12th minute of the first period, “Mammoth” took the lead after a goal scored by Dylan Ganter, but in the 20th minute, Carter Verhegy made it 1:1.

Sam Bennett scored two goals for the visitors early in the second period, but another goal from Gunter and a spot-kick from Jack McBain allowed the Mammoths to go into the second intermission tied at 3-3.

Anton Lundell scored a goal for the Panthers 52 seconds before the end of regular time.

With 32 points in 29 games, the “Panthers” moved up to 12th place in the Eastern Conference and will play their next game on Friday night Latvian time, when they will meet the league leader Colorado Avalanche.
