This is the great story of this 16th day of Ligue 1. Ibrahim Mbaye was elected man of the match following his superb performance (two assists) during FC Metz – PSG (2-3). The trophy was presented to him by a young child selected by the CNAPE (National Convention of Child Protection Associations). This 16th day of Ligue 1 was dedicated to child protection in partnership with the CNAPE. Among the many measures put in place, it was planned that 9 children monitored by the CNAPE would present the man of the match trophies.
Ibrahim Mbaye was therefore presented with the trophy by the young Thyméo who asked him for a favor: “I don’t know if you’ll agree, but can you give me your jersey?” The Parisian Titi then gave him the match jersey he was wearing. Very happy, the child then gave him hugs and a kiss.
