The Walking Dead has obviously not finished surprising its world in the near future by making a huge announcement which should appeal to many fans.
While we thought that The Walking Dead had toured its post-apocalyptic universe after notably the end of Daryl Dixon’s cycle in a next and final season, we recently learned that a new series would be in preparation aimed at bringing together Daryl, Rick, Michonne, Maggie and Negan, just to mix their respective and individual arcs. In addition to the potential preparation for this new series, another surprise, this time much more concrete, has recently made the rounds on the web and its small effect, for rather good reasons.
Another imminent gathering is brewing for the heroes of The Walking Dead
After various collaborations over the year, including one linked to Dead by Daylight and the other with… World of Tanks, The Walking Dead will be entitled to a new crossover which makes complete sense, and this in a very short time. Saber Interactive (Space Marine 2) has indeed announced a brand new upcoming campaign for World War Z, its “Left 4 Dead like” released in 2019. However, this will in reality be a crossover with AMC’s iconic zombie series.
Scheduled for January 2026ce crossover World War Z x The Walking Dead will indeed allow players to face the undead in three new chapterswhich notably seem to take as their setting the emblematic prison of the series. They will thus be able to embody the legendary heroes of the series which are Rick Grimes, Michonne, Negan et Daryl Dixon. The tribute made by Saber Interactive goes all the way, while everyone will be able to wield their favorite weapon: Rick son magnum, Michonne her katana, Daryl his crossbow et Negan knows how to beat Lucille baseball.
