The 90 minutes ended in a 1-1 draw and the two teams shared the points.
While Ivory Coast’s goal was scored by Amad Diallo in the 51st minute, Cameroon’s goal came from Junior Tchamadeu in the 58th minute.
After this result, both teams had 4 points. Gabon, which was at the bottom of the group, mathematically lost its chance in the last 16 and said goodbye to the African Cup.
