Jimena Ayllón Wins Master of Catalonia | Double Victory

The Soria-CS24 Badminton Club concluded the 2025 season with participation in the Master of Catalonia with excellent results for Jimena Ayllón, the sole representative.

U15 category playerenrolled in a higher category to acquire points and be in a better position for national ranking and to ensure participation in the first national masters in 2026.

The young woman from Soriano won two golds in the modalities in which she participated, the individual and the women’s doubles.

Individually he had to beat, among others, the third seed to not give up any set until the final. After winning the first game by a resounding 21-6, her rival and doubles partner, Olalla Herrero displayed her best game to win the second set 21-18, despite which Jimena recovered to close the match 21-10.

Both were the main favorites in the women’s doubles draw and they fulfilled the predictions, winning their matches by two sets to zero.

The Soria club will enjoy a couple weeks off to later begin preparing the National Masters in January as the main events and the national club league that will capture the club’s attention during the first half of the 2026 season.
