As every year, the world number two will spend Christmas at home with his family in Sexten. The 24-year-old from Puster has always used the holidays to relax in the mountains. In the past, this always included a day of skiing to switch off and recharge your batteries.
Sinner is expected in his homeland these days. It is still unclear whether it will be a longer Christmas stay or just a short visit on the way to another holiday destination. One thing is certain, however: In a social media post, the South Tyrolean already announced the end of his intensive season preparation in Dubai.

The article was accompanied by a video and rare pictures from the training ground, which show Sinner shirtless and with a big grin on his face. At the same time, he took the opportunity to send a greeting message to his fans. “I wish you all the best for Christmas,” said the world number two.

However, the exceptional athlete doesn’t have much time to relax. The next trip is scheduled for the end of the year – this time to Asia. On January 10th, Sinner will play a highly prized exhibition match against Carlos Alcaraz in South Korea.
The prestigious duel serves as an important test of form on the way to the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam tournament of the season. For Jannik Sinner, Mission 2026 officially begins – with great expectations and the clear goal of regaining number one in the world rankings.
