Isak Injury: Liverpool & Vlahovic Transfer Link?

KOMPAS.com – The injury suffered by Alexander Isak made the Premier League club, Liverpool, move quickly to find a replacement.

Liverpool have reportedly made an offer of 20 million euros (around Rp. 394.2 billion) for Juventus striker, Dusan Vlahovic, in the next winter transfer window.

Losing Alexander Isak until the end of the season means Liverpool’s attack line is left with only Hugo Ekitike.

Launching from TransfersThe Reds are now placing Dusan Vlahovic as the main target to fill the striker position.

The Serbian striker has the experience and physical abilities that are considered to suit the Merseyside club’s needs.

Since moving from Fiorentina to Juventus in January 2022, Dusan Vlahovic has made 17 appearances in Serie A this season, scoring eight goals before an adductor muscle injury struck.

His contract in Turin will end next summer, so Juventus is ready to let him go in January in order to generate income.

Vlahovic rejected the salary cut offered by Juventus, so a move in the upcoming transfer window is a realistic option.

With an affordable transfer value and a salary that Liverpool can meet, this 25 year old striker is the main target of the English club.

Apart from Liverpool, a number of top European clubs are also interested in Vlahovic, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Barcelona.
