My favourite sport is badminton. It is a fantastic sport that keeps me physically fit and mentally strong.
The sport combines strategy and fun. It requires force, strength and focus. It is a sport that can be played indoors or outdoors by people of all ages.
Everyone should play at least one sport, and badminton is a great way to get started.
I play badminton for seven to eight hours a week with my friends, family and coaches. It is a great way to socialise and make new friends.
My favourite move in badminton is the smash because it makes me feel powerful.

I recently visited Lei Yue Mun Holiday Village in Hong Kong. It used to be barracks for British soldiers in the city.
The most enjoyable part was the obstacle course because it was challenging.
We had to go on wobbly see-saw steps, 360-degree rolling logs and extremely thrilling zip lines.
We visited the Hong Kong Museum of the War of Resistance and Coastal Defence. The museum used to be a coastal defence fort to defend the eastern approaches to Victoria Harbour. All around the museum were eerie, secret underground passages.

I like cats because they are cute. They are my favourite as long as they don’t bite me.
I often play a game called “Cheesetouch” with my friends during lunch recess. Once, all my friends ran into the toilet, which isn’t fair. But most of the time, we have loads of fun.
If I could change one thing about Hong Kong, I would add more trees and greenery to improve the environment.
I would like to travel to Singapore again.
