LondonDecember 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Hexagon Cup is a paddle tennis team event created in 2024 that has revolutionized the international landscape of the sport. Today, Hexagon Cup announced a landmark strategic alliance with 54, the global sports and entertainment organization that creates LIV Golf, and with the International Padel Federation (FIP), the sport’s global governing body.

Under the agreement, 54 will invest in and cooperate with Hexagon Cup to upgrade the initial project to the next stage: a new global team tour officially named “Hexagon World Series”. This will be the first team event series to be launched under FIP management and fully integrated into the federation’s paddle tennis pyramid system.
The agreement establishes the Hexagon World Series as the sport’s official global team tour, administered by the FIP and fully integrated into the FIP official calendar. The Hexagon World Series will expand the Hexagon Cup’s revolutionary team-based competition format into a series of events, with multiple events held in multiple new international locations each year. This expansion will bring new business opportunities to fans, players and partners, while strengthening the overall FIP ecosystem within the existing tour and FIP management framework and promoting the Olympic dream of padel tennis.
The new tour will complement Premier Padel, FIP’s flagship individual doubles professional tour, taking paddle tennis to new heights and creating new value within a fully integrated commercial structure, establishing it at the top level of the world’s fastest growing sport.
Premier Padel and the Hexagon World Series will work together to build a global professional tournament system for elite players: a tour for the world’s top doubles pairs and a groundbreaking team event, both managed by the FIP.
Detailed information about the new competition format, participating teams, schedule and global host cities will be officially announced in 2026.
