Hamraoui Affair: Diallo’s Camp Denies Requisitions

After four years of investigation, the Versailles public prosecutor’s office has just submitted its submissions in the so-called “Hamraoui-Diallo” affair. The first, Kheira Hamraoui, 35, ex-footballer for the PSG women’s team, was attacked with an iron bar one evening in November 2021 in Chatou (Yvelines) while she was returning from a dinner organized by her club in the company of two of her teammates. The second, Aminata Diallo, 30, also a PSG player at the time, was at the wheel of the car in which Kheira Hamraoui was driving and which had been stopped by two hooded men.

Quickly suspected of having played an active role in this ambush, Aminata Diallo was placed in police custody a few days after the events and then released. And it was only later, in September 2022, that the young woman was indicted and briefly placed in pre-trial detention.
