In the 16th week of the EuroLeague, Fenerbahçe Beko faced Panathinaikos on its field.
In the first minutes of the first period, both teams had difficulty scoring points. Towards the middle of the period, the Greek team took the lead with consecutive points. Although Fenerbahçe scored points towards the end of the period, Panathinaikos closed the first period ahead 17-16.
Panathinaikos made an effective start to the second period and increased its difference to 10 points.
