Students and old glories
The charity match organized by the Academy saw each other face each other old glories of Atalanta and Bergamo football together with students of the Guardia di Finanza. An event in collaboration with the Asst Papa Giovanni XXIII and the Academy of Sport for Solidarity, sponsored by the Mediolanum Foundation, with the aim of raising funds to support the purchase of innovative tools for research against tumors.

«Every year the Academy promotes charitable collections to help the hospital and those who need it. We feel like Bergamo and we are tied to the territory. For the Academy it is a way of returning the love that the city gives us”, is the greeting from the commander of the Guardia di Finanza Academy, Major General Cosimo Di Gesù. The match also began with the greeting from the deputy minister of Economy, Maurizio Leo: “Football, combined with these solidarity initiatives, are the maximum expression of how by working together we can achieve excellent results”, he said.
