Swiss national team defender Janiss Mozers has extended the contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL).

It is reported that a new contract has been concluded for eight years, its value is 54 million dollars, or an average of 6.75 million dollars per season. Therefore, his contract will be valid until 2033/2034. at the end of the season.

For 25-year-old Moser, this is his fifth season in the NHL and his second with the Lightning. This season, he has collected 12 (3+9) performance points in 35 matches, spending an average of 21 minutes and 44 seconds on the ice. On the other hand, with a +/- indicator of +25, he is the team’s “most useful” player.

Moser has played in five world championships as part of the Swiss national team.
