Garrett Wilson Injury: Jets WR Out for Season

Aaron Glenn was hoping Garrett Wilson would be able to return to action this season, but that won’t be the case.

The coach announced that Wilson’s season was over and that he would not be able to return to play.

Wilson injured his knee in November and his initial absence was expected to be at least four weeks.

Wilson therefore concludes his season with only 36 receptions for 395 yards and four touchdowns in eight games.

The current season was his fourth in a Jets uniform. He had never collected fewer than 1,000 receiving yards in a campaign.

The Jets sit 29th in the NFL with a 3-11 record.
