Kolkata, December 18 (Language) Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly has joined Tigers of Kolkata as co-owner and mentor ahead of the third season of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL). The next season of the league will be played in Surat from January 9 to February 6.

ISPL’s T10 tennis ball format is based on street cricket. Its aim is to transform the potential of talented street level players into a sustainable and long-lasting cricketing journey.

Ganguly said, “I am excited to start this new journey. Tennis ball Cricket has always been close to the roots of the game. This foundation is very strong across Kolkata and especially in the East.”
