Feldenkrais Course – TSV Barsinghausen | Improve Movement & Wellbeing

BARSINGHAUSEN (red).

The TSV Barsinghausen is again offering an eight-week Feldenkrais course on Wednesdays from January 28th, which takes place from 7:45 p.m. in the small gymnastics hall of the KGS Goetheschule (“Dojo”) in Barsinghausen. The course is organized by the Judo/Aikido division of TSV Barsinghausen. Registrations and queries can be made by contacting Manfred Kuhn on (05105) 61 476 or by email at feldenkrais@ju-ju-ba.de. The Feldenkrais method is a body-oriented learning method that can be used to influence the function of the nervous system through simple movement exercises. Movements are carried out as slowly and effortlessly as possible and are perceived very consciously. The scientist Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais has developed a concept that improves one’s own living conditions both physically and emotionally. Anyone who enjoys simple, easy floor movements and coordination exercises can take part. Feldenkrais exercises are particularly effective for psychosomatic complaints and spinal pain. No particular physical fitness is required. Further information is available at www.tsv-barsinghausen.de/de/sport/sportangebote-und-sparten/judo-aikido/ im Internet.
