FC Eindhoven Superfan: Henny’s Return to the Stands

Henny (77) can rightly be called a super fan of FC Eindhoven. Her house is a mini-museum of De Blauwwitten and if circumstances permit, Henny is there at the Jan Louwers Stadium. Due to her disability, Artrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, Henny is dependent on the wheelchair bus. “I no longer go to the competitions, because I no longer have confidence in the wheelchair bus,” says Henny.

Bee FC Eindhoven Talk brings together the club foundation Henny and other supporters to talk about their shared love: FC Eindhoven. “That’s just a nice get-together,” says Henny. During one of these meetings, she was recently surprised by the club and the FriendsLoterij.

Football Gives
The FriendsLoterij, together with the Friends Lottery Eredivisie and Kitchen Champion Division, works every day to make a positive contribution to society. By working towards a healthier, more inclusive and stronger society, football shows what it can mean outside the lines. The video series ‘Football Gives’ zooms in on the social impact of the clubs and on what that commitment can mean for one individual.
