Fabio Ravezzani, 65 years old, will leave all positions in the Mediapason group (Telelombardia, Antenna 3, Top Calcio, Videogruppo) in December 2026 and will retire to Spain (so he said). The decision is also linked to corporate changes and the new editorial line of the group, which since 2024 has unified the previous structure of Telelombardia and the other broadcasters under the name Mediapason.
The reorganization
At the end of 2024, the publisher Sandro Parenzo, already a majority shareholder with around 72%, welcomed as new minority shareholders the Venetian Jannacopulos family (23.7%), publishers of various local TV stations in the North-East. Filippo Jannacopulos joined as managing director. With their entry, an editorial reorganization began aimed at standardizing the group’s broadcasters: Antenna Tre, in particular, was transformed from a music and sports channel to a network focused on live news and information, with hiring and new technical means, as reported Italy today.
Ravezzani as sports area manager until 2026
In 2025, faced with the growing weight of new partners in editorial management, Ravezzani – already retired – resigned as general manager, director of news and sport and sold his 4% share. However, he will remain responsible for the sports area until 2026, the year in which his relationship with Mediapason will end. The news section, following the departure of editor-in-chief Marco Oliva who moved to Mediaset in summer 2025, is now directed by Parenzo and Filippo Jannacopulos.
