🏟️Koln vs Union Berlin – Over 2.5 goals
This match promises many goals. Union Berlin, as a visitor, can be considered the modest team. However, they are confident in their chances of scoring. In their last four games they have scored more than 2.5 goals, and they have found the net in 6 consecutive games.
Koln’s home games also tend to be high-scoring, with an average of four goals per game at the RheinEnergieSTADION. Furthermore, ten of the last 12 games have resulted in more than 2.5 goals. Every home game has seen both teams score so far in the 2025/26 season.
⚽Everton vs Arsenal – Both teams score (BTTS)
Arsenal have kept many clean sheets this season and are favorites at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. However, Everton have reason to be optimistic, having managed just two clean sheets in eight matches.
Injuries have made the Gunners defense more vulnerable and there is a chance the Toffees could cause some problems. Last year’s match ended in a 1-1 draw and David Moyes will be hoping for a similar performance. Arteta gets some players back, which will be a big boost. It could be a fascinating clash on Merseyside.
🚀Genoa wins or draws vs Atalanta
Genoa hosts Atalanta at the New Balance Arena this weekend. They have improved drastically since the manager change and have not failed to score in their last 6 league games. Looking at expected points, the difference between the teams this season is less than two.
Meanwhile, Atalanta’s away form has been poor, with no wins in five games. Although the bookies are pointing to Atalanta’s 4-0 Coppa Italia victory earlier this month, that’s probably not a fair reflection. Both teams were far from full strength and Genoa played most of the match with 10 men. We could see a surprise at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
📈Aberdeen beat Celtic
Wilfried Nancy’s start at Celtic couldn’t have been worse. His future is already under scrutiny after just two weeks. They have lost four games out of four, the first time that has happened to the Bhoys since 1978.
They had a 5-win streak before his arrival. However, the defeat against Dundee United has left them 6 points behind Heart of Midlothian. Hearts are expected to be top at Christmas, breaking a long tradition maintained by either Celtic or Rangers every year since 1993.
This highlights the struggles of the Old Firm giants this season. Definitely, Aberdeen will feel like they have a chance. The Dons are also unbeaten in 7 matches so confidence will be high at Pittodrie.
💪Villarreal wins or draws vs Barcelona
Barcelona are currently leading LaLiga, but Villarreal are also in good form. Marcelino’s men are in third place. They host the Blaugranas at the Estadio de la Cerámica as they go through a streak of six consecutive victories.
The Yellow Submarine have won 7 of their 8 home games this season, scoring 20 goals and keeping five clean sheets. Barça has had difficulties against Villarreal in recent duels. They lost 3-2 in May and 5-3 in January of last year.
With home advantage and current form, they could well end the visitors’ long winning streak. It is a game worth following closely.
