Endrick to Lyon: Brazilian Starlet Arrives

The young (19 years old) Brazilian international striker from Real Madrid will be loaned to OL this winter as reported by various sources, including the daily newspaper The Team.

Endrick at OL, it’s burning! Talked about for many weeks now, this idea is indeed on the verge of becoming a reality. According to The Team and several other sources, the young (19 years old) Brazilian international striker (14 caps, 3 goals) will join Les Gones on loan without purchase option during the winter transfer window. According to our colleagues, all that is missing is the signature. Endrick is expected to resume training on December 29, even if his arrival will not be official until the transfer window opens on January 1. OL are expected to pay around one million euros, enough to cover half of the player’s salary, seeking playing time in preparation for the World Cup.

Under contract until 2030 and poached from Palmeiras for just under €50 million in 2024, Endrick has only played three matches since the start of the season, in all competitions, for a meager total of 99 minutes on the pitch. Only one start to his name, in the recent 3-2 victory against third division club Talavera de la Reina, in the Copa del Rey. In total, Endrick played 40 matches with Casa Blanca (7 goals). In Lyon, he will find Malick Fofana, who is linked to the same agents (Roc Nation).
