Dortmund Game Off? Transfer Fees Remain Unclear

There are no signs of a short-term comeback for Franck Honorat. The winger was also missing from Borussia Mönchengladbach’s team training at the start of the week and is still working individually on his return.

The Frenchman has been suffering from muscular problems in his calf for around two weeks. How BILD reported, the hopes of a quick return have apparently been dashed. Honorat wasn’t on the field at the start of the week’s training session – so a game on Friday (8:30 p.m.) at Borussia Dortmund seems very unlikely.

Especially with a view to the away game at BVB, Honorat would actually have been an important factor in coach Eugen Polanski’s system. Instead, there are currently many indications that the Foals will have to make do without the winger again in the last game before the winter break.
