During the next game day of the overseas NHL, Czech hockey players Adam Klapka and Pavel Zacha made their mark in terms of shooting. Slovak fans were delighted by the goals of Martin Fehérváry and Juraj Slafkovský.
Adam Klapka (Calgary Flames)
Attacker Adam Klapka scored the third goal of the season against Vegas. The tall hockey player managed to land a shot from the blue line in the goal area and deflected the puck out of the reach of goalkeeper Schmid.
Pavel Zacha (Boston Bruins)
Nikita Zadorov’s wonderful interplay with Pavel Zacha brought the Czech forward’s tenth goal of the season. The Bruins defender found his teammate free at the post and Zach then comfortably cleared the puck into the open cage.
Martin Fehérváry (Washington Capitals)
Washington’s game against Detroit didn’t work out at all. Martin Fehérváry was able to create a small glimmer of hope for the Capitals in the final period, who got to the rebounded puck between the circles and directed the puck into Gibson’s counter move. Third goal of the season for the Slovakian defender.
Juraj Slafkovský (Montreal Canadiens)
Montreal’s journey to victory was started last night by Juraj Slafkovský with a goal on the power play, which ended up being the winner, as the Canadiens kept a clean sheet. The Slovakian attacker currently has ten accurate hits on his account.
