Corinthians x BYD: Sponsorship Deal for Copa do Brasil Final

Corinthians and BYD reach a one-off sponsorship agreement for the big decision of the Copa do Brasil 2025. The world’s leading brand in the production of new energy electric cars will be present on the uniform worn by Coringão in the two games of the final.

BYD will have its brand displayed on the front hem of Corinthians’ game shirt in the match this Wednesday (17) and on Sunday (21), at Maracanã.

“It is with great joy that we will have BYD on our shirt for this important decision. Being alongside a global brand like BYD reinforces our commitment to seeking new opportunities, modernizing our commercial relations and strengthening Corinthians’ image inside and outside Brazil”, said the Club’s president, Osmar Stabile.

“The passion for cars and football plays an important role in strengthening BYD as an increasingly Brazilian brand. We are, Corinthians and BYD, pure energy! In the final of the Copa do Brasil, it’s 100% battery and go, Corinthians!”, says BYD’s Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial and Marketing, Alexandre Baldy.

“Having BYD on the Corinthians shirt represents the greatness of the Club, which increasingly strengthens the bond with big brands, whether in specific moments or those of greater continuity. It is very gratifying to see a global brand printed on our shirt”, says Angelo de Sá Jr, Statutory Director of Marketing at Timão.

“It is an honor to have a global and important brand on the Corinthians shirt, the club deserves brands of this magnitude and I say that this is the beginning of a new era of marketing. We hope to continue with BYD in 2026”, says Sandor Romanelli, commercial superintendent of Corinthians.
