On the release page, the recruitment titles for multiple positions are quite eye-catching, with requirements such as “preference will be given to those who can play basketball” and “preference will be given to those who like music”. However, after carefully looking at the specific job content of these recruitment positions, no descriptions directly related to playing basketball or music were found.
Regarding related issues, some media contacted the team manager responsible for relevant positions on the platform as a candidate. The staff member explained that the job does not have any requirements related to sports.“It was written casually by the editor, and I can’t change it even if I want to.”
Previously, the media also contacted the company’s team director. According to reports, during the phone conversation, the supervisor said,“This is the hobby of some direct groups or departments in the company. If you connect with customers and have more hobbies, customers will be more accepting, but this is not the main requirement.”
It is worth mentioning that after searching on the recruitment website, the author found that the current positions marked “Those who can play basketball are preferred” have been removed from the shelves, but the mark “Those who like music are preferred” are still displayed in some recruitment information.
